Rules:
1. Must be 18 years old to enter raffle
2. Only donations processed through the designated Swifty Raffle page (OneCause platform) before Wednesday October 23, 2024 at 10:23 a.m. are eligible for entry into the raffle
3. Donations greater than $25 = 1 entry per $25 up to maximum of 200 entries per individual donor
4. Limited to 1013 raffle entries
5. Concert tickets are VIRTUAL! Must have an active Ticketmaster account to accept
6. Concert tickets will NOT be transferable until 72 hours before the event per Ticketmaster event rules
7. Winner will be determined by random drawing on October 23, 2024
8. One winner will be drawn and announced publicly on Facebook live October 23, 2024 between 1-1:30 p.m. Additionally, on October 23, 2024, the winner will be announced throughout all of GiFT’s social media platforms and notified by phone/email.
9. By participating in this raffle, the participant agrees to hold GiFT harmless from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from the cancellation of the event for which the tickets are awarded as a prize. The participant acknowledges that GiFT is not responsible for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred due to the event's cancellation. The participant further agrees that GiFT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the cancellation of the event.
10. By participating in this raffle, the participant agrees that GiFT has no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize or by participation in the contest.
